Coming from a background not in the care sector, Ivor is one of the most inspirational employees dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals he supports. He will strive to ensure that the individual is at the centre of all planning and thinks outside the box when providing care and activities to make them feel included in their local communities. Ivor key works with an individual that previously would have utilised activities in isolation. However, due to Ivors input and support, the individual now attends scheme parties with peers, will enter the library and utilise those facilities and also shares a base room with another peer which previously would have been considered impossible. Ivor is passionate about his work and goes the extra mile when working with challenging situations in the service.66'
