Praxis Care is inviting suitably qualified and experienced solicitors or legal firms to submit tenders for the provision of conveyancing services within the Republic of Ireland. This procurement exercise is being undertaken to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and to establish a transparent and competitive selection process.

Praxis Care supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia, providing innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of need and particularly at the higher level of complexity.
Praxis Care provides services across a broad spectrum of needs. We provide support and accommodation approaches, which are shaped around the needs and preferences of the individual and reflects how they want to live their lives. We are acutely aware that getting the support and accommodation mix right for the individual is not an option but an essential foundation for sustained success.
At all levels of need we seek to identify the best solution available, with the individual and others who are important to them. This includes type and location of accommodation, who they live with and the support they need from our staff.
We are particularly motivated by our success in helping those with complex needs and who face the greatest challenges realise their ambitions of living in their own homes and being part of their communities.
Scope of Services:
- Purchase and sale of properties (Average 6 purchases per year & 1 sale)
- Lease agreements and renewals
- Title searches and due diligence
- Property registration
- Legal advice on property-related matters
- Liaison with relevant authorities
- All other duties that are applicable to conveyancing that have not been detailed above.
The service provider must be available to offer timely and efficient legal services to support Praxis Care’s operational needs.
Tender Requirements:
- Company profile and relevant experience
- Qualifications and professional accreditations of key personnel
- Approach to service delivery, including response times and availability
- Breakdown of costs, including hourly rates and fixed fees for specific services
- Evidence of professional indemnity insurance
- Details of any conflicts of interest
Evaluation Criteria:
Submissions will be assessed based on the following weighted criteria:
- Experience and expertise in conveyancing (20%)
- Cost and value for money (50%)
- Availability and responsiveness (20%)
- Compliance with regulatory and professional standards (5%)
- References and client testimonials (5%)

Contract Terms:
The successful firm will be appointed for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend based on performance and mutual agreement. Praxis Care reserves the right to terminate the contract if service levels are not met. Praxis Care reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if service levels are not met.
