Praxis Housing Association is a registered charity and an approved housing body committed to providing safe, secure, and supportive housing for individuals facing social and economic challenges.

Our mission is to alleviate the impact of poverty and deprivation caused by poor housing conditions, homelessness, and other related circumstances.

What we do

Praxis Housing Association is committed to delivering innovative housing solutions that not only provide shelter but also empower tenants to live with dignity and independence. We manage a network of 8 group homes across various locations, including Ardee, Navan, Mullingar, Dundalk, Rush, and Swords.

Governance

Praxis Housing Association is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), without share capital, registered in the Republic of Ireland (Company Number: 369755). It is also registered as a charity with the Charities Regulator (Charity Number: 20053833) and holds charitable status with the Revenue Commissioners (CHY Number: 15527). Praxis Housing Association is an Approved Housing Body (AHB), with registration number AHB-03069.

The governance of Praxis Housing Association is guided by its Constitution, which outlines the responsibilities and operations of the Board. The day-to-day activities of the organisation are overseen by Praxis Care, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement between the two entities.

Praxis Housing Association is an independent, autonomous organization.
