Together, they created thoughtful 'Buddy Bags' filled with mindful goodies like colouring books, Christmas crackers, and face masks for those supported by Praxis Care befrienders. Each bag even came with a heartfelt note. 💕

As November and Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month come to a close, we’re shining a spotlight on Kevin from Conlig Day Services, one of the inspiring individuals we support at Praxis Care.
Kevin shared with us what mental health means to him and the proactive steps he takes to stay on top of his wellbeing. His openness is a powerful reminder to be kind to ourselves, pursue what brings us joy, and reach out for support when it’s needed.
