St Paul’s Court provides care, support and accommodation aimed at ensuring residents are provided with 24-hour support which enables them to live as independently as possible.
St Paul’s Court consists of 15 two-bedroom bungalows, 7 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment.
We aim to:
- Provide quality support to older individuals to help them maintain their independence in the community
- Provide housing-related support to maximise the independence of individuals and maintain them in their own tenancy
- Prevent hospital admissions
- Ensure that the individual’s emotional, social, intellectual, physical and support needs are met
- Promote the principles of choice, respect, dignity, citizenship and confidentiality
- Provide a person-centred approach in support planning
- Ensure residents’ involvement in the service
