North Down Supported Living Service provides accommodation based support to adults with learning disabilities in the Conlig area. While based in the South Eastern Health and Social Care trust area, North Down Supported Living Service works alongside all Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland where applicable.
The service provides individualised quality care and support to adults who are diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and may present with associated behaviours that challenge. The individuals we support are assessed as requiring this input to enable them to live as independently as possible within their community.
We provide:
Small Group Housing with shared communal facilities (living and kitchen areas) while each individual has their own bedroom. Staff are available 24/7.
