Kilmorey House is a supported living service in Arthur Street, Newry which consist of a group house and flat cluster for 13 adults.
We provide support to Individuals with mental ill health, Korsakoff, forensic history and/or dual diagnosis and Learning Disability to live independently with their own tenancies but receive planned support.
We provide the following accommodation;
- Group Housing with shared communal facilities (living and kitchen areas) while each individual has their own bedroom. Staff are available 24/7.
- A Flat Cluster of groups of flats with staff support in close proximity 24/7. Each individual flat consists of a separate kitchen and living area, bedroom and bathroom. We provide a Flat Cluster of groups of flats with staff support in close proximity 24/7. Each individual flat consists of a separate kitchen and living area, bedroom and bathroom. Communal lounge areas are also included.
This service is available 7 days a week, 24/7.
Housing is provided alongside Supporting People and Choice Housing.
Kilmorey House is located in close proximity to the local town centre, local bus stop and Newry Health Care Village. There is also a local nearby shop.
The Bespoke services are provided to individuals with intellectual disability, mental health, this support can be provided in the persons own home or Praxis owned property, required support is based on a person’s individual needs.

Referrals can be made by professionals such as statutory keyworkers, GPs and social workers.
