Supporting Learning Disabilities in the Isle of Man
We believe that finding the right place to live and the right support is key to empowering adults to live the life they choose. Praxis Care can provide integrated, bespoke community based accommodation and support, directly and in partnership with housing providers on and off island. We have particular experience in working alongside people whose associated physical healthcare needs may be considered complex and people whose behaviours may challenge.
Praxis Care are committed to understanding and working alongside every individual we engage with to inform person centred provision of accommodation and tailored care, support and outcome options that are appropriate and meaningful and that change as they change.
The Balleysleih Day Service attendees recently enjoyed a refreshing walk at the Point of Ayre, and even did a little seal spotting along the way! 🦭🌊
