We believe that finding the right place to live and the right support is key to empowering adults to live the life they choose.
We have been working alongside individuals with mental ill health and associated behavioural complexities for over 35 years. Our aim is safe, healthy, positive, engaging and meaningful experiences contributing to recovery, improved quality of life and increasing independence.
Praxis Care provides bespoke, integrated community based accommodation and support, directly and in partnership with housing providers. We can provide a range of options including; supported living, floating support, domiciliary care, day activity, counselling and befriending services – tailored to each person and changing as their individual needs change.
Yesterday, we continued our Celebrating Success Awards with a fantastic ceremony for Plasden Court — and what a day it was! 🥳
There was plenty of singing, smiles and reflection as we recognised the incredible progress and personal milestones of those supported at the service.
Awards were presented across a range of categories and our winners were absolutely delighted.
