We believe that finding the right place to live and the right support is key to empowering adults and children to live the life they choose. Praxis Care can provide integrated, bespoke community based accommodation and support, directly and in partnership with housing providers. We have particular experience in working alongside people whose associated physical healthcare needs may be considered complex and people whose behaviours may challenge.
Praxis Care are committed to understanding and working alongside every individual we engage with to inform person centred provision of accommodation and tailored care, support and outcome options that are appropriate and meaningful and that change as they change.

From our humble beginnings in 1981, providing a vital befriending service to those with mental ill health experiencing isolation, to establishing a network that has connected over 160 friendships, we’re proud of the connections we've fostered along the way.
