Praxis Care can provide integrated, bespoke community based accommodation and support, directly and in partnership with housing providers. We have particular experience in working alongside people whose associated physical healthcare needs may be considered complex and people whose behaviours may challenge.

Yesterday, we continued our Celebrating Success Awards with a fantastic ceremony for Plasden Court — and what a day it was! 🥳
There was plenty of singing, smiles and reflection as we recognised the incredible progress and personal milestones of those supported at the service.
Awards were presented across a range of categories and our winners were absolutely delighted.
