Supporting Autism in Great Britain
Praxis Care offers integrated, bespoke, specialist provision to people with an Autism Spectrum Condition. We understand and respect that ASC’s affect every individual differently, influence how each person communicates, relates to other people and how they may see, experience and understand the world around them.
We are committed to understanding and working alongside every individual, both adults and children, we engage to inform person centred provision of accommodation and tailored care, support and outcome options that are appropriate and meaningful and that change as they change.
Services for Children and Young People – Great Britain
Praxis Care offers integrated, bespoke, specialist provision to children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions and associated physical and behavioural complexities. We work alongside those we engage with and their families, carers and other organisations to provide coordinated respite breaks, support and guidance. Our aim is safe, healthy, positive, engaging and meaningful experiences contributing to improved quality of life and increasing independence.
We also have extensive experience working with young people who are making that, often difficult, transition to adulthood. We offer opportunity, assurance and optimism through co-designing integrated support, interventions and accommodation approaches for each young person we engage with – enabling growing independence and choice. A consistent pathway offer from child to adult with people who know and work alongside you is our aim.
Yesterday, we continued our Celebrating Success Awards with a fantastic ceremony for Plasden Court — and what a day it was! 🥳
There was plenty of singing, smiles and reflection as we recognised the incredible progress and personal milestones of those supported at the service.
Awards were presented across a range of categories and our winners were absolutely delighted.
Congratulations to all those nominated. You should be so proud! 🏆
