At Praxis Care, we believe in celebrating the journey of success, no matter how big or small. That’s why we look forward to our Celebrating Success Awards every year —an annual event dedicated to honouring the remarkable accomplishments of the individuals we support.
These awards are a testament to the incredible achievements of those who have overcome obstacles, pursued personal goals and made significant strides in their lives. Whether it’s improving health and wellbeing, contributing to their community, showcasing exceptional talent or reaching a special milestone, every story counts.
The heart of the Celebrating Success Awards lies in inclusivity and recognition. Anyone who knows a deserving individual can nominate them for an award in one of five categories. This can be a staff member, family member, friend or professional support. Nominations are evaluated based on an individual’s progress relative to their personal goals and aspirations. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to attend regional awards ceremonies, where the winners will be announced.
In addition to receiving a certificate of recognition, all shortlisted nominees and winners receive a cash prize.
These awards not only celebrate individual achievements but also highlight the collective spirit of support and encouragement within the Praxis Care community.

Praxis Care was founded in 1981 by Nevin Ringland providing a befriending service to people with mental ill health experiencing isolation.
