Introduction to research: What it is, how to do it and why it’s important
May 24–28, 2021 10 AM–noon and 2–4 PM via Zoom (internet required) Course fees covered by Queen’s University and Disability Research on Independent Living and Learning
This course is for anyone who has experience of using health and social care services who would like to get involved in research. No previous knowledge of research or qualifications are necessary. There is no restriction on where the applicants are based; you are not required to be in Northern Ireland.
The course is being provided through Open Learning at Queen’s University Belfast and is being delivered by a partnership between Praxis Care, the Mental Health Foundation, the Health and Social Care Board, Ulster University and Queen’s University Belfast.
A certificate of attendance will be awarded upon course completion and, if the optional assignment is completed, 10 Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme (CATS) points at Level 1.
