The Croft

The Croft is a supported accommodation service for adults located in the Newtownabbey area.

We support adults with dementia. The Croft has been specifically designed to meet the needs of those with a diagnosis of dementia who have assessed care and housing needs that make it difficult for them to continue living independently in private and social housing.

We provide a Flat Cluster of groups of flats with staff support in close proximity 24/7. Each individual flat consists of a separate kitchen and living area, bedroom and bathroom. Communal lounge areas are also included.

This service is funded by The Northern Trust/Supporting People/families.

Referrals must come through members of the HPSS Trust or the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. However, enquiries to the service are welcome so we can assist you and schedule a visit!
