Portadown PBS is a bespoke service which supports 6 individuals spread across multiple locations in Portadown. The service takes an extremely person-centred approach supported by intensive data collection, learnings from this data are then applied in practice to improve the lives of those supported by the service. Each individual receives support which is totally catered around their specific preferences and needs.
