Brookvale House

Brookvale House is a residential service which supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, ranging from medium- to high-level support

We provide group housing with shared communal facilities (living and kitchen areas) while each individual has their own bedroom. Staff are available 24/7.

The service is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Referrals can be made by professionals such as GPs, social workers, RIDNs, Community RIDNs.
