Beechcote Supported Living Service

Beechcote Supported Living Service is a brand new Supported Living service providing care and support to individuals living with a disability.  The service supports individuals in single, joint and group living environments in the Craigavon area.  The service works in a person-centred way to help those we support reach their full potential, achieve their hopes, wishes and dreams and live the life they want and how they want it.
The service works in conjunction with Health and Social Care trusts to ensure those we support have access to what they need and when they need it.  The people we support live in their own homes and Praxis provide care and support to them; this may be for a few hours/days a week or 24hours a day.  Not limited to being just in the house, the people we support are encouraged to have active lifestyles – engaging with hobbies, interests and fun as well as achieving their aspirations, managing their responsibilities and becoming integral members of their local communities.
