Senior Management Accountant:

The Senior Management Accountant will be reporting into the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities would be:

  • – Lead and manage a team of management accountants, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • – Act as the first line reviewer for the work produced by the management accounting team; such as monthly management accounts, budget builds, costing schedules
  • – Oversee the timely completion of all management accounting tasks and projects, such as pack to Trustees
  • – Serve as the main point of contact between the management accounting team and the Head of Finance and in conjunction with the regional directors’ matrix.

What do you need to succeed?

  • – A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • – Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • – Proven experience in management accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • – Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • – Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • – In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • – Demonstrate experience of use of computerised finance packages and  experience in excel

Senior Management Accountant | Lisburn Road, Belfast

  • – Contract Type: Full time
  • – Location: Hybrid between remote and Belfast
  • – Salary: £41,000 to £53,000 (per annum, pro-rated. Salary dependent on experience)

Finance Manager:

The Finance Manager will be reporting into the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities would be:

  • – Manage the Charity’s day-to-day finance function and the finance team
  • – Period close and reconciling the balance sheet
  • – Produce statutory accounts in line with charity reporting guidelines
  • – Monitoring cash flows and working capital requirements
  • – Assisting the Finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and overseeing direct reports as needed

What do you need to succeed?

  • – A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • – Proven experience working closely with month-end and year-end closure
  • – Technical ability to prepare, review and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports
  • – Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other accounting systems

Finance Manager | Lisburn Road, Belfast

  • – Contract Type: Full time
  • – Location: Hybrid between remote and Belfast
  • – Salary: £36,112 – £47,493 (per annum, pro-rated. Salary dependent on experience)
