Warwickshire Supported Living Services

Warwickshire Supported Living Service is a supported accommodation service and Domiciliary Care provider for adults located in Coventry, Warwickshire and Leicestershire.  

We support adults with complex mental ill health, learning disabilities and autism.

Referrals to services involve detailed pre-admission assessment, relationship and knowledge building utilising clinical input, working closely with each individual, their multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders and engaging with families through a managed transition process.

In-house property and development teams work closely to source and adapt appropriate accommodation in a person’s preferred location. They ensure easy access to transport, local amenities and community resources.

Domiciliary Care is also available to support individuals within their own homes and Personal Assistant support.

Activities include:

• Attending the local gyms and parks
• Going to town
• Visiting family
• Undertaking voluntary work and access to education
• Attending the local disco for people receiving care and support.
• Going to the library
• Going swimming or to the cinema
• Attending local public events
• Establishing get-togethers for residents to meet and interact with each other.

Referrals can be made by professionals such as statutory keyworkers, Commissioners, GPs and social workers.
