Praxis Care’s services across the Isle of Man are providing safe, innovative and bespoke packages of care for some of the community’s most vulnerable people. Our staff teams are well trained, dedicated and compassionate. Our goal – to make a positive, meaningful and sustainable difference to the lives of every person that we engage with.

Our Ramsey bespoke service provides tailored support and interventions for vulnerable adults with complex behavioural needs who live in their own homes. Each individual will have a wrap-around package of care and support developed specifically for them and flexible to their changing needs. This approach enables each person to meaningfully and actively contribute to their local community whilst gaining increasing independence, confidence and opportunity.

Staff have experience and competency across a broad spectrum of needs including management of dual-diagnosis and co-morbid diagnoses.
