West Belfast (Suffolk) Flat Cluster

West Belfast (Suffolk) Flat Cluster is a supported accommodation service for adults located in West Belfast (Suffolk).

We support adults with mental ill health.

We provide:

• a Flat Cluster of groups of flats with staff support in close proximity 24/7. Each individual flat consists of a separate kitchen and living area, bedroom and bathroom. Communal lounge areas are also included. Staff support 9am – 9pm
• dispersed intensively supported housing (DISH) where individuals are supported within a community setting with support offered during the day.
• short-term Floating Support services delivered to individuals in their homes to maximise independence with housing-related support.

Within close proximity to local amenities such as shops, pharmacies, and local parks.

This service is funded by Supporting People.

Referrals can be made through care managers.
