Ballyclare

Ballyclare is flat cluster and group housing service for adults located in Antrim.

We support adults with mental ill health who are suited to both supported and communal living environments (each person will have their own room and share living/kitchen areas).

Our group housing and supported housing are staffed 24/7 by experienced support workers they will help with:

• Maintaining your home
• Staying Safe
• Emotional wellbeing & physical health
• Managing money/benefits advice
• Developing independent living skills – meal planning
• Build positive relationships/ support networks and the local community
• Support to gain access to other social, recreational activities

This service is funded by Supporting People and the Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Referral Process Referrals are accepted from members of the Northern Health & Social Care Trust including Community Mental Health Team.  Support is on a voluntary basis and the person must want to engage with the service.
